Sick Behind the Wheel = Drunk Behind the Wheel?

A new UK survey showed that drivers with cold & flu symptoms experience up to a 50% drop in driving skills…which the researchers compared to drivers under the influence of four double whiskeys.  There is no clearly documented spike in car accidents during cold & flu season and the survey was very small, but its yet another good reason to stay home and rest when your body really needs it.  Plus, accident free auto insurance rates from our carriers at Sean Paul Insurance are more affordable, so we would all fair better if the 3.4 million Los Angeles area daily drivers were all more cautious during cold & flu season.  Check out the full story here.
